Thank you Steve and Leanne. We really appreciated the shade for the hot days of our stay. ?? Two friendly ponies minded our van while we explored Dongara and Geraldton. WA Jan 2021

What a fabulous property & great location. Such a neat & well cared for farm with wonderful hosts. We have a level protected site in front of a shed over looking the dam & the fields beyond. Great location for visiting the Adelaide Hills or the Fleurieu Peninsula. Our hosts Ros & Carol are such lovely people who give us our privacy but are quitely going about their business. We are throughly enjoying our stay & look forward to returning. 10 out of 10, can't fault our stay here, cheers Trish & Roger SA Jan 2021

Great place to camp. Grandkids love the dairy and now want to milk cow's as a living. Thanks Jo and Brett. WA Jan 2021

Goldie welcomed us with a dozen eggs and a huge smile. We needed somewhere to stay half way between Albany and Perth. Luckily we picked Goldie's place which turned out to be a great decision. There are many facilities to use as Goldie has rooms to book as well. The animals are interesting and we were lucky enough to get a tour around the farm. Thanks Goldie for a great stay. Stayed late August 2020.....Wow what an awesome spot and fantastic hosts. We had a brilliant week at Brian and Bernies property (NSW). Planned on 4 days initially and stayed 7. So easy to use it as your base and explore the area. Brian and Bernie have fabulous advice of what to do and where to explore. Also good tips on where to eat and get the best coffee. Very big area to camp right on the river. So much fun just kicking back and watching the fishing boats, oyster boats and all the wonderful bird life from the comfort of your camp chair. If you’re staying a while it’s close to head to Kew where they have a dump point. We’ll be back to one of the best camp spots we’ve had!

We recently stayed at HYENDRY a little north east of Narembeen WA. Thank you Peter and Juliana, you were fantastic hosts making us very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay, the “cooks tour” and of course and helping with the sheep. Hyendry has been on COF for several years yet we were their first guests. They are a little off the beaten track but well worth the extra kilometres for relaxing and friendly farm stay. Ross and Marion Hogg

Really great hosts. had nearly a week here enjoying the r and r and driving around sight seeing this area. recommended it to anyone needing a safe peaceful spot to park ya van etc .will be back when in the area that's for sure . QLD July 2020

We stayed in our van, plus our friends in their van, at Tinkers Run in June 2020. Our intention was to stay for 2 nights - Ray, Karen and their property were so delightful, we stayed for 4 nights. Karen took us on a very interesting walk to the old shearing sheds and shearers quarters - their size and construction was amazing. Although it was chilly at night, Ray kept us well stocked with great firewood - and their 2 dogs, Wally and Molly were great company too. We highly recommend Tinkers Run to other caravanners

Stayed 1st June - 5th June 2020, NSW Big thankyou to Brian & Bernie for your hospitality - our first outing immediately the COVID camping restriction was eased, first farmstay as well & we were delighted & felt immediately comfortable in your beautiful surrounds, river-frontage with pelican & birdlife, creek for crabbing ( too small for our table unfortunately) beautiful mountain & pasture behind us with cows & roos for company - our fur baby's first experience was a great one! Wind chill the only negative but our little fire helped with that :) Lovely spacious campsites with an uninterrupted view & our fellow campers were great too. Thankyou for your assistance Brian when we needed it as well - definitely looking forward to coming back to your natural serenity - we have already been recommending the farmstay experience & website to family & friends :) Cheers! Peter & Judy - Kempsey

We spent a night at Teaspoon Farm this week (late May 2020) where we were warmly welcomed by Di and Bob. We parked our 21.6 van under the trees in front of the house and were very comfortable. It’s a quiet location within walking distance of the Lake Clifton thrombolites which are well worth a visit. We were offered the opportunity of having a fire pit (wood supplied) but declined. The Bouvard winery (again within walking distance) was closed ?due to coved-19 but would be worth a visit when open.

Hi Mel and Tony, thanks for letting us stay on your farm for two nights last week, You have a great location and although it wasn’t the best of weather it was a great view. Regards, Peter and Melanie. WA May 2020

This was our third farm stay during our caravan trip. Again, another great farming family. Naomi and Shane went out of their way to make us feel welcome to their place in South Australia. The surrounding area and school building are undergoing substantial renovations by them for future caravanners. Naomi and Shane were more than happy to answer all of our questions regarding farming and the area in general. This is what makes a farm stay so enjoyable. we will return Rod & Jenni Bailey March 2020.

Thank you Milton for giving us an insight into the activities of the high country along with the challenges in running a cattle station. Your tour of the property was enjoyed by us together with a summary of the tough experiences you have had with drought and fires Qld Mar 2020

When caravaning around different states and wanting something different Farm Stays are the way to go. We have done a few and they are always different. We recently stayed at Mt Cooper, Pt Kenny, SA with Anneleise and Neville ; nothing was too hard or did not have the time. The local knowledge between the two and the hospitality they showed we could not have been made more welcome - between showing us around the farm, talking about what they do and don't do on the farm. Between invitations to go with them to feed the animals plus invitations to their home for cups of tea and coffee talking about the farm history, past and future , talking about family history, we had a fabulous time with two lovely hosts. Would we return for another stay and the answer would be yes. Again, thanks Anneleise and Neville for spending time with us. Jenni & Rod Bailey March 2020

Stayed 4 nights.....quiet and easy....about 15 minutes from Denmark and a picturesque drive in. Warren was terrific....he knows everything that's going on in the district ...better than the information centre in town.....and he's blind WA Feb 2020.

Had three lovely days on the lawn at Grassmere Park, accomodating hosts who have a lot of local knowledge. Great secure base from which to tour the Great Southern towns, beaches and forest. Thank you Ron and Sonja. Bill and Jenny. WA Feb 2020

Another fantastic overnight stay.We had a lovely stay at Evergale Farms so peaceful and quiet.(SA) A great level area around stunning landscape with one of the best sunsets we have seen. Naomi came out to visit us and brought us farm fresh eggs only just laid. She couldn’t do anymore for us and told us we were their first visitors . We can say it is a great place to get off the road and relax your night away. Not far off the road with her directions we found it easy to find. Marie & Steve Hazelton Dec 2019.

We had the honour to stay at Neville, Anneleise & Tom's farm for 2 days. They have so much knowledge to share. This family could not be more welcoming to us. Nothing was a problem . We had a choice of where to park our van. It was a bit windy so we chose near the side of one of the sheds. Lovely and quiet at night feeling safe and comfortable. We left our van and had a look around the area that Anneleise had suggested and all was stunning , especially the seals. We feel we have left with having met new friends. SA Nov 2019 Marie & Steve Hazelton NSW.

Happy, friendly hosts. Lovely spot near dam. Central location to explore attractions in area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Manjimup WA Nov 2019 Ray and Jule

We stayed at Plambell with Ann and Paul.(WA) Their hospitality was genuine and it was a privilege to meet two lovely people . Ann invited us in for a meal with them even after working soo hard harvesting all day and wouldn’t take no for an answer. We loved it here and feel we have known these people forever even though we have just met them through this wonderful site. Ann took us around her beautiful area next morning and was so full of knowledge. Thank you again Ann and Paul we are coming back. Marie and Steve Hazelton NSW 11/2019.

Jan welcomed us to their farm stay with a friendly smile and showed us where we could park our van. We had a choice of a cpl spots. We set up and I found my way up to the wine tasting room. ??. After a lovely time in there trying the wines Rex came in and we had a chat with him. Lovely wines !!! lovely people and a lovely camp. Marie and Steve Hazelton WA 11/2019.

Steve’s Place was fantastic. We were only staying 1 night and stayed 4. With all of his knowledge of his own area we seen much more than going into visitors information . Off the beaten track places with a lot less people than the tourists places. Steve’s Place is halfway between Denmark and Albany and so close to the coast but on his property you feel like your miles from nowhere. Great spot to camp and very private . Two dogs love to come to visit. Would certainly recommend this farm stay. Thanks Steve we love your place .... Steve and Marie Hazelton WA 11/2019.

We have stayed at Garry’s Place for 2 weeks while we had a chance to have a look around the areas... Garry was so helpful we couldn’t have asked for anything else. So close and so safe. He is full of info of where to go and how to get there . Plenty of privacy enjoyed our stay. WA (near Fremantle) Nov 2019

Thank you Warren and Leonie for such a beautiful camp spot, easy access to maneuver the caravan. We had a beautiful view of the dam, paddocks, horses and cows. Dogs were welcome and had a great time. Great place for walks and privacy, out of Denmark but still 10 minute drive through the hills so beautiful. Lovely hosts, we will definately be back. WA Oct 2019

We had a lovely 2 days in the garlic field, lovely hosts. Brian reversed my caravan in with no problems which allowed us to set up hassle free. Both Paula and Brian were so accomadating and jump started my car when the battery went flat due to fridge problems. Lovely spot to relax with beautiful outlook and walks. No problem with 2 dogs either. Thank you for the warm welcome on your beautiful property, we will definitely be back. WA Oct 2019

Stunning views of the Stirling Ranges made it worth a few extra km. Would be an ideal stop on the way to or from Esperance. Thank you so much Mel & Tony for sharing such a wonderful outlook. Duncan & Carol. WA Oct 2019

Big thanks Brian & Bernie for opening up your property for us to camp for 4 nights. A lovely grassy spot by the river, close to town for all your supplies, bush walks nearby & beaches 5 mins away. No luck at fishing but we will return to try again! Thanks again Cazz & Chris, NSW Oct 2019

Loads of feathered friends roaming free. The chook island is really something special. Would certainly visit again. WA Sept '19 What a privilege to stay here. Highly recommended. A big thanks!

We can’t thank Adrian and Katie enough to let us stay at their wonderful property last week. We were made very welcome. Adrian took the time to drive us around the farm, explaining everything. It was truely wonderful and very informative. The camp site was just what we had been looking for - our camp was set next to a creek in wide open space with nobody else around giving us the feeling of total freedom. We can’t wait for the next cotton harvest so we can come and experience it. QLD, Aug 2019

Ange & Vance made us feel very welcome and we learned so much about mango farming. Lots of level ground to spread out on. We would stay here again when in the area. NT June 2019

Thanks Brian and Bernie for your wonderfull hospitality, we had a great time. We are very grateful you let us share your slice of paradise. The access for canoeing, fishing, bushwalking or off to town was great. Thanks again we will be back. NSW June 2019

The perfect spot to camp for easy access to Melbourne. We spent the final two nights of our trip here, drove into Sunbury to catch a train into the city to visit the NGV Terra Cotta Warriors exhibition. We had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable night at Paula and Bryan’s place. It is very peaceful and picturesque and only a stones throw from Albany. We spent a cool night around the firepit filled with wood supplied & lit by Bryan. Paula is extremely generous with her time and knowledge of the area. We even were given some of her organic produce to take with us. We highly recommend staying here. Pete & Linda - WA May 2019

Good location to both freemantle and perth. Thank you Garry. WA May 2019.

Such a wonderful place to visit. Booked for 2 nights but stayed for 3, allowing us time to explore the original Overflow of NSW. Thank you to Jeff, Kathy and family for showing us the property and inviting us to go with them to feed the stock. Amazing how restful it is when the only sound is the crackle of the large open fire. Plenty of space behind the shearing shed for our big rig and the all-weather road made this farm stay easily accessible. Will definitely be back and thoroughly recommend this beautiful location.Tottenham NSW, May 2019.

A quiet spot only 15 minutes to Busselton. A great place, plenty of room to park. Brett & Jo are very friendly & down to earth & make you feel welcome. We will Definitely be back ? WA May 2019

Bob and Di were lovely hosts who made us feel at home. The camp site was a large area nestled by trees and sun shining through. The location was great, only 25 min drive to Mandurah. The Thrombolites were just down the road with Cape Bouvarde winery/ brewery nearby which we enjoyed. We will definitely visit again in the future. WA. May 2019

Brett and Jo are friendly and welcoming people who love a chat. Large open area with plenty of room. Only 15 min to Busselton on sealed road. Nice and quiet. Highly recommended. Would stay here again. WA May 2019

Millbrook farm is so ideally located, its only a few minutes into town, yet far enough away to be very quite and relaxing. Paula and Brian were so helpful from the moment I arrived, Brian helped me to reverse the van into the vegie patch and Paula went about getting as much information as she possible could on Anzac day as I had mentioned I was keen to attend the dawn service, even gave me a town map so that I could do a test run to the site so that I didn't get lost in the morning dark. They would check on me each day just to make sure all was well with me and if I needed anything. Unfortunately their beautiful old dog passed away while I was staying there, a very sad day. Paula gave me homegrown apples and Brian shared some of his garlic with me, I felt almost like part of the family. Paula and Brian thank you so much for being so kind and caring, I really felt relaxed staying with. Would not hestitate to stay again. Albany, WA. May 2019

As a solo traveller, I cannot express how much it means to feel secure of a night and to have people only too willing to help. Anne and Paul went above and beyond. A welcoming cuppa, BBQ dinner with many stories told, nothing was too much for them. I would still be there but one has to return home at some stage. Thank you Anne and Paul for your friendship and beautiful hospitality. Munglinup, WA May 2019

Olive Hill Farm Margaret River fabulous spot, great camp hosts, Robina and David, drop toilet, dump point, must be fully self contained. Potable water now available at $1 for 20 Lt. will go again. WA May 2019

A very big thank you to Peter and Adele for a fabulous place to stay, for their hospitality and company, and somewhere to get off the road over Easter. It was great to have a laugh and a few reds around the fire pit before dinner. The views around the farm are beautiful especially the views of the Stirling Ranges.WA. Many thanks from Yvonne and Kim April 2019

We have just spent 4 nights with the Moeris family and they were wonderful hosts. We had a spot by the historic shearing shed with sunsets that just begged to be photographed. It was a great place for us to leave the van while we headed out to the Warrumbungles to explore. We were encouraged to visit the Local show, where we had a fabulous time - the highlight definitely being cheering the lawn mower races. We were then encouraged by Norm to pop up the road to visit Lightning Ridge. Whilst we didn’t find our fortune in opals, the experience should not be missed - maybe leave a bit earlier than 8am ;) We will be back. NSW. Apr 2019

Thank you Cathy & Grahame for your very friendly welcome, for inviting us into your home and for sharing a delicious lamb roast with us. We really enjoyed our relaxing stay on your little bit of paradise. It was great being close to Tamworth and is an ideal base from which to satellite out to other nearby tourist destinations. We stayed for 4 nights. Bective, NSW. April 2019

We just spent a few days at Wandoo Waters, we’d like to thank Deb for being such gracious host where nothing was too much trouble, the (boss) Alpaca for helping guarding our van when we had to go back to Perth overnight and George (the sheep) for being so friendly. And what an amazing result for all the effort Barry has invested in combating their salinity issue with his ingenious run-off control and plantings leading down to his “Barry” made lake, which had attracted a variety of bird life. We will definitely return to Wandoo Waters for another visit, well done and thanks Deb and Barry. Narrogin, WA April 2019

Thanks David for your hospitality, a friendly welcoming man, many thanks for helping me out with caravan window , property is very dry at present but there is plenty of room with amazing sunsets, Ta mate you’re a champion. Warren, NSW. Apr 2019

Many thanks to Sandy and Bevan for welcoming us onto their farm, for showing us around, and sharing their plans and dreams for the property. We had a short but very worthwhile stay with Sandy and Bevan and we look forward to returning when we are passing that way again.... Interesting and very peaceful. Jitarning, WA. April 2019.

We found our stay on Rob & Peta’s Property really peaceful and well positioned. They made us feel really welcome, giving us use of their outdoor covered area and sink. Rob gave us some delicious locally grown apples and they provided us with some maps and info of the local area. We appreciated having somewhere safe and low cost we could spend our time in the Denmark area and we absolutely loved the local beaches - the best in Australia!! I only wish we could have spent more time! WA April 2019

We initially arranged to stay for 2 nights but ended up staying a week. Pete and Robyn made us feel very welcome and are perfect hosts. Chardy (their labrador) paid us daily visits which we loved. We will definitely be back when in the area again and look forward to having them at our home when they come across to WA someday. Thank you Pete and Robyn, Andre and I will never forget our week with you. Modewarre, VIC. April 2019

Peter and Wendy were very welcoming and it was a handy place to do trips from, leaving the van behind. The trip to Mitta Mitta pub was a long one, but worth the scenery and a a pub lunch. It is halfway between Tallangatta and Corryong. Koetong, VIC. Apr 2019

We were greeted at the gate by 6 Angus Bulls (not angry bulls) who calmly mooooved aside to let us in. If you are looking for a spot to escape the hustle of daily life this is just the spot. Plenty of birds and nature to keep you company. Local shops 10 mins away and a gorgeous beach close by as well. A pity getting here from Tassie involves an overnight ferry trip as we would be back for Easter. Kingston SA. Apr 2019

Thank you for opening this wonderful Farmstay. You made us feel very welcome on your property and in your home. We enjoyed our happy hours with you. Thanks again. Peter & Adele's place, WA April 2019

Blair & Sue are very welcoming & friendly. A great safe place to leave your van whilst touring around the area. A very interesting property with the DC3 in the front yard & The Hobbit House. WA Mar 2019.

What a wonderful spot to relax, fish, kayak... whatever. Bernie and Brian are the perfect hosts and make available the most delightful corner of their property. We loved it. Hubby managed to provide a fish dinner and despite the drought and so many rivers being low, here there is plenty of water to enjoy. The area itself also provides so much to see and do whatever your inclination. Thank you, Bernie and Brian. (Laurieton, NSW March 2019)

What a great place to commute from.(Vic) This was our first farm stay and Peter and Robyn are the perfect hosts(even Chardy came to see us each morning for a pat). Thanks Peter and Robyn don't forget to come and see us in W.A. when you come over Mal and Carol Bunbury. Feb 2019

Safe travels to a lovely couple. Maybe we will catch you on the road someday. Robyn & Peter VIC 2018

Unable to contact Paul so drove in anyway as site info indicated that it was OK to just turn up. Directions in were good (NT). Paul was very obliging and site is great - plenty of space, flat with shaded areas. Kangaroos grazing in the morning. Aug 2018

Wonderfully quiet place.(QLD) Estelle very welcoming. Lovely blossom smell with trees in flower. Left caravan there to explore Townsville 30k easy drive. Keith & Cindy, Aug 2018

Many thanks John and Evelyn for such a warm welcome to your property Qld). We loved being in such a secluded part of the world and with just the sounds of birds. We have never tasted more beautiful water . Thank you for your hospitality. Chris and Michael, Aug 2018

Many thanks Brian and Jean for making us feel so welcome. We enjoyed learning a little about goat farming. What was so enjoyable was our beautiful setting against Elliot Mountain(Qld). Blue, Speedy and Socks the dogs made us feel part of the family. Many good wishes for your dreams. Chris and Michael Aug 2018.

A big thank you to Ian and Netta. Very welcoming and a great spot, despite the drought.(Gunnedah NSW. Aug 2018)

Thankyou very much to our fabulous hosts, level site with a lovely outlook and wood for a warming fire in the evening. Great farmstay to explore surrounding areas and towns with lots of historical interest and to do day trips to Canberra, Blue Mountains and Sydney. Need to be self contained as no power available. Water and dump available at Gouldburn or Moss Vale.(Greg's place, Tallong, NSW) Geoff and Fran 21/7/18

What a great stay.(Qld) Quiet with guinea fowls and chickens roaming free. David and Carol were great hosts and we had farm fresh eggs and lovely fresh fruit from the farm. Would highly recommend this stay to grey nomads that really appreciate the simple life style. Thanks heaps Patrick and Carmel. July 2018

The Caravan Overnight Farmstay Woodlands (WA), where we camped for two nights, was great, with hosts Bevan and Sandy extremely welcoming and nothing seemed too much for them to show us the workings of the farm. Bevan invited youngster Eligh to accompany him whenever he went to hand feed and care for their animals (mainly goats and alpacas). Wonderful experience for us all. Highly recommend for a weekend away from suburbia. Thank you Bevan and Sandy. Also, thank you to Rod and Deb Symes for organising and running the Caravan Overnight Farmstay and for bringing 'Nomads/Travellers and Farmers in contact with each other. This is the first weekend of many from now on, for us: to experience other listed Farmstays! 9/7/18

Thanks Ian for a great stay, a great host and a great spot, central to all the area has to offer (SA). Highly recommend to other travellers. Geoff and Fran. 30/6/18

Great hosts and good facilities. Wished we had more time to see their large property. (QLD) Terry and Lorraine 30/6/18

Hi Rod and Deb, Just to let you know we stayed at Estelle’s farm on the night of 26/6/18 (QLD). She made us most welcome and we would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone wanting to farm stay in the Townsville region. Regards Barry & Marg Beaman

Thanks to Lyn and Chris, the perfect hosts. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and happily shared their knowledge of the local area and attractions. Great proximity to the Barossa for a longer stay. Highly recommended. Our dog, Denna fell in love with the chooks (pic)

We stayed here for 2 nights, 6th & 7th June 2018. We had a fabulous time here(NSW), sharing our evening meals with Ian whilst Netta was working driving Coal Trucks. We found Ian very interesting as he is an Equine Dentist and in the Woolshed he has a display of over 200 different Horse Skulls. We also found out about the Team Roping event happening here on 16th & 17th June. We also had a lovely chat with Netta this morning (7th) before she went to work. A lovely family willing to share their property, farming knowledge etc with those willing to participate. Whilst the country is experiencing drought type conditions and the farmers are doing it tough Ian and Netta willingly give their time to interested Caravanners. We will definitely call back when able to do so when travelling through NSW. Alan & Vale Coe, Sale Vic. 3850

Thank you Rob & Denise for a wonderful 3 days stay(VIC). Wonderful vista's and hospitality. They went well above our expectations. The history of the area was fantastic. The amenities are wonderfully rustic in keeping with the theme of days of old. Highly recommended. Thanks Andy & Kath June2018

This has to be one of the better farmstays so very quite and so very friendly We were only one hour from the Big Wave and the and the Tin horse highway (in WA) We were then treated to fresh farm veggies when we left thank you so much Sandy and Bevan. John n Margaret May 2018

We had the chance to stay at this property(SA). Neville, Anneleise and Tom were the best hosts. Friendly and easy going made for a very relaxing stay. Neville and Tom are passionate about their farming and I learnt so much it was great. Anneliese a mine of information on local area. Many thanks to Lee-Anne and Sam for letting us stay at their fabulous farm(WA). We had a lovely few days chilling out, talking to horses and watching beautiful sunsets over their little valley. Two very nice people, thanks again. (23 April 2018)

We stayed here (WA), Kathy and Craig were great hosts , the area is magnificent, we will be returning, for a stop on our way to the national park . Leave your van in a secure place .plenty of beach within a few kilometres. Wounderful sunsets , take a book , your paints or just a camera, well worth the effort of getting of the main road. Colleen and John Zele. April 2018

Thanks Mick, had a great stay at your farmstay over the last few days. Super friendly hosts. Toodyay was a great place to visit, and your farmstay was a great base to explore the Avon Valley(WA). Thanks again and kind regards Wendy and Jeff (March 2018)

Tony and Fiona are amazing hosts (SA). Only stayed 1 night, our mistake. What a delitful time we had. Tony went out of his way to show me around first thing in the morning, before he started work. Thankyou to you all. See you in September. Cheers, Greg and Linda.

Lovely peaceful farm location (WA). Excellent hosts. Very friendly and happy to make your stay a memorable experience. Wonderful. Pam 16/4/18

Just spent Easter at this lovely place. Such lovely welcoming people. Made us feel at home. Gave us an educational tour around the farm which we throughly enjoyed. Will stay again when in the area. Highly recommend. (Mt Cooper S.A.)

Thanks Lee-Anne , had a great night . Quiet , relaxing . (WA Feb '18)

Stayed at Brett and Jo's for 2 nights.(In SW of WA) Very peaceful and it was good to be able to leave to do some exploring and not worry about the van. Enjoyed our time with Brett , Jo and family and would certainly recommend it. Hope to return soon. David and Vickie Jenkins

Many thanks Angus and Lexie for sharing your lovely property with us.(in Richmond, Tas) Huge grassy paddock and great views. Enjoyed our eight days there. Hope to be back one day. Regards from Richard and Anne

Hi David and Alison - just a note to thank you for having us at your beautiful Wattle Gully - we had a lovely stay particularly Frankie who loved the Dam! Happy Christmas to you both, Glenda and Peter Further Feedback sent direct to COF: We stayed with David and Alison at Rubicon Vic - their first go and ours too so the blind leading the blind! It was a beautiful spot and they were the loveliest kindest people with Alison even ringing a local dog kennel to find out if our dog could board a few days there!

A well set out, spacious and peaceful camp site amongst the Olive trees. Great location to explore the Margaret River region. Just completed our second stay and will return when next in this south west. Thanks Benji and Helen

The hospitality Di and Ken provided was awesome. Very helpful and I could not have wished for better. I had broken down at their front gate and had to leave my camper for a week while I got parts . Thanks to Caravan Overnight Farmstay and Mallebee, you guys were great. Trevor Lundstrom

Had a very relaxing 4 days with a great family. Wandered the bush. Watched the milking and met the baby calves. Lovely day trip to Dunsborough. Busselton etc not far away. Hope we stay again soon. Regards Di and Ted

Really enjoyed our stay with this lovely family. Lots of history learnt and chat times with Morris and Lesley. Great birds all around the home and bush setting. Thanks Di and Ted

Morris and Lesley are great people. We are camped in a beautiful spot on the farm among the trees overlooking a dam and a view across the farm to the southern hills Morris came and had a happy hour with us and explained the workings of the farm They were happy to welcome us as their first visitors since joining COF some 3 years ago

Another great farmstay with a view to the Stirling Ranges. We were welcomed by Tony who we had an interesting chat with about the farming practices specific to that area.

We've only managed to stay in two COF farm stays so far while visiting the south west of WA and cannot praise them enough. Gary's was ideally located for sightseeing/visiting the southern areas of Perth or Fremantle. Brett & Jo not only provided perfect siting for sightseeing the SW corner but made us feel almost part of the family. Lovely people that we'll be back to see. Thank you, COF for providing such a magnificent aid to travellers. Darrell & Sandra Hendry

What an absolutely fabulous place and the hosts, Rex and Jan are great company. Downderry wines were some of the best we have tried anywhere AND they are preservative free. It was freebut we ended up spending afew hu dred dollars on their wine!!! It was really that good. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful spot! We parked in their huuuge paddock with lambing sheep and near the dam. Absolute bliss. Thank you Donna and Robert it was magic.

We enjoyed an excellent overnight stay recently with Linton and Glennis who we found to be very welcoming and friendly. Our morning walk around the adjoining beautiful Golf Course, with its several lakes, was an absolute pleasure. They provide an excellent venue for an overnight stay and maybe even a round of Golf.

Beautiful sunset, magical stars in a clear night sky. Eco camping at its best. Recommend taking the wildflower tour in season. We tried the Dark Chocolate sandlewood nuts, yum yum.

Stayed at Brett & Jo's early Jan and could not wish to meet a friendlier couple along with Brett's dad & Val. Had problems with the wheel on the caravan Brett found the problem and had it fixed in no time. Hope to meet up with them again hope they enjoyed the cruise they went on. Many thanks Keith & Janine

Great place we will be back ,We also will let others Know also. Thanks to the camp hosts Owen & Jenny May 2017 Geoff & Fran

Hi Allison and Brodie Thankyou for a wonderful evening and your hospitality. We would recommend this lovely FarmStay to any caravaners passing through the area. Was great to meet yourself and all your family (loved all the pets) Good access and plenty of room big rigs. Kindest regards Kayleen and Ian Bradford Mandurah WA 15/10/2017

17/10/2017 Thank you John and Jan for allowing us to stay the night on your property. Thankyou for showing us around and sharing the history of the WW11 Aerodrome. The sunset through the beautiful trees was a lovely treat for me and my camera. Well worth giving them a call and parking up for the night. Well off the hwy and the birds are lovely in the morning Happy travels Kayleen and Ian Bradford.

This is our third visit and absolutely love staying here. Beautiful view of the farm from the sites. Sheep and wheat, beautiful lake with many different species of birds. Thanks Jo and Owen you are great hosts

Had 12 days at Toms farm stay and it was fabulous. Tom is a great source of knowledge which he will share. So friendly and lots of fun Great campfires. Plenty of room in the paddock with lots of flat areas. Thank you Tom

Fantastic farm stay. Jo and Owen are wonderful hosts. Beautiful property. Well worth a visit you won't be disappointed

Just had our 2nd stay here. The view is lovely, great hosts, Jo and Owen. Really beautiful spot with green grass and plenty to see around the outlying areas. Thanks again, Sue and Rod

Intended staying for a couple of nights but ended up staying a week. Jo and Owen were very welcoming and could not have been more helpful. Fantastic views of the property from our site. Interesting towns around the area. Arrived as strangers and left as friends. Thanks Jo and Owen.

Found your site via The Grey Nomads forum - very impressive! We're looking forward to meeting some of your farmers after we finish property-minding in WA in April next year, when we'll be heading east again. Perhaps you'll have some SA farms signed up by then...?? Thanks - Andrea & John

Just spent two wonderful nights at Flagrock. Trina is a wonderful host and her 4 working dogs are an absolute delight. Great to watch them in action working the 38 sheep that are currently on the property. We parked under some beautiful trees which provided excellent shade and have a history of their own being remnant dry rainforest. The views of Mt French to the north and back into the valley to the south are also wonderful. There is a lovely Spring fed creek running through the property and some great walks to be had through a gorge and up over a ridge, it really doesn't get any better! The property is also very special as we were fortunate enough to see 'Koala' in the trees down by the creek. To top it all off Trina also has a business providing chocolate coated dry banana in either milk or dark chocolate to various businesses around Australia, something I can thoroughly recommend you try when staying here! ?? We loved our stay and totally recommend this farmstay to anyone. ??

We have just stayed with Anne and Paul at Plambell. Words can't really describe the experience. We had barely arrived and were invited to share dinner with them. A great opportunity to find out all about their farm. The site was level and tidy and had a magnificent view and huge expanse of sky. It was calving time and while we were there 2 cows needed assistance with the birth. We even managed to witness a birth. For city people like us, this was a very moving experience. The next day we drove down to Starvation Bay, which is about 20 minutes away, and saw the remains of the rabbit proof fence where it meets the Southern Ocean. To finish it off there were home made cakes and coffee before we left. The Road is unsealed, but currently in excellent condition. We only have a lightweight Bailey caravan, but had no trouble at all travelling about 60kph. Check with Anne about the current road conditions as there is also another route you can take. Pam and Bernd Fichtner

We stayed overnight on 29/10/16 at Bustrdrce, Victoria, beside your house. Allison's company was superb, accommodating, and very welcoming. We were able to get power. We enjoyed the overnight stay, and loved the style of the house and craftmanship of the building and also the animals. The dogs were brilliant. We will definitely stay overnight again sometime. Margaret & Robert Hart (SA)

We have just stayed with Paul & Anne at Plambell and were so warmly welcomed that we just have to let you know what marvellous folks they are. They invited us to share a meal - and you guys cooked the most marvelleous barbque not to mention that Mulberry pie :). I was not well the afternoon we arrived but Anne drove Trev all around the farm and out to Separation Bay sharing their history - made us feel one of the family. Thank you Anne & Paul

Wonderful farm stay. Owen and Jo were extremely welcoming. The views of the Darling Range were fantastic. Would definitely come back here again. 20/10/17

Nice secluded spot. Anne made us very welcome. Good base to explore the Porongurups and Stirling Ranges. 21/10/17

Very nice inexpensive campground in the Margaret river region. Close to town, brewery and other attractions. Owners and camp hosts very helpful and friendly highly recommend. Skip bin, long drop toilet and dump point.

Very nice quiet peaceful farmstay. Great local bird life on working sheep/hay farm. Close to beaches, fishing and winery's. Hosts very friendly and helpful.

After missing a turn off where we had planned to stay the night, we googled to see if there was an Overnight Caravan Farm stay in the vicinity. Turned out we were about 500 metres from the turnoff to Pier Milan Victoria. Our welcome was very friendly, the site very suitable for Big Rigs, with two different levels to park, away from the main road, so super quiet. It was the perfect end to our first day on the road.

Wonderful hosts and great place to stop.

Susan and Shane are lovely folk who make you feel very welcome.

Good morning, we are currently overnighting at Susan & Shane's property Green Head. What an amazing friendly, welcoming couple. The spot Shane directed us to was amazing, wish I could post a pic or two.

Love the site you have really put a lot of work in.And it is worth it the site is great easy to navigate and get info.Hopeing to see more farms cause WAhas really got behind it great to see keep up the good work. Regards Jim

We recently stayed for a couple of nights at Nornalup Train and found it to be a delightful place to stop over. Very friendly owners and plenty of animal & bird life including Rex the farm dog ! The camping area is roomy & pretty much level. It is conveniently located near local attractions, beaches etc. We loved it and would certainly go back.

Would like to leave feeds for "Nornalup Train" We recently stayed for a couple of nights at Nornalup Train and found it to be a delightful place to stop over. We have just had 2 nights with Peter & Adele at their COF site. The site was great, clean, flat & level. Peter & Adele were very warm and welcoming - great company...... so we're Lucy & Boris the two "guard" dogs who treated us like long lost friends ! We highly recommend a visit to this COF site. P & A have great plans on development. A word of warning, we went by GPS co-ords and should have followed the direction given on the Web page....... would have been much quicker & easier. All good though. Thanks Peter & Adele

We stayed at Thornhill Gunnedah NSW and it would have been nice to stay longer than the one night. Ian and Netta made us feel very welcome and we will stay for longer and learn more of their way of life and help if we can when we return to NSW. Jan & Larry O'Brien

Recently stayed with Brett and Jo on their farm near Busselton, what a great spot to explore the area, knowing your van is safe. Very friendly people, joined us for a drink and a chat at the end of the day, even though this is their very busy season on the dairy farm. Highly recommend.

Together with another couple we were travelling WA with, we stayed two nights on the Milner farm just out of Busselton. Brett had the camp area beautifully mowed. The site is ideally situated to explore the surrounding district. There is ample wood either side of the camp area and in no time at all a blazing fire gets you warm after a days exploring. Owners Brett and Jo are wonderful people and are do not hesitate to help in any way they can or impart information on local or surrounding areas. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to leave a day earlier than planned.

What a great place to stay for self contained caravans with or without pets. Very quiet, private sites set amongst the olive trees. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Margaret River region and just 10 mins drive from the town of MR.

We stayed on Brett and Jo's place for 2 nights so that we could look around the Busselton area. Brett and his boys were very friendly and helpful (Jo was working so we missed her). Our camp spot was lovely with beautiful views. If we'd wanted, there was a fire place and plenty of wood. Thank you so much Brett and Jo.

Highly recommend this beautiful property to stay. We were here for 10 days Janine Smith

Thanks to Brett and Jo and Brett's Dad for a very welcoming stay. Your place was delightful and we enjoyed the drinks and yarns on the front verandah.

Thank you to our friendly hosts, Dave and Raylene, for your warm welcome and wonderful stay at your farm!! Great stay.

We stayed at milners farm SE of Busselton for 3 days and had a great time wonderful hosts. Regards Bill Stubby 21/10/17

The waterwheel that Tony has built is well worth seeing!

After driving the past 3 days it was great to pull in to a large area of solitude and magnificent views. Not sure if Kim is hoping the travellers will get rid of his windrows for him, but the wood is plentiful! It's a short drive up from the road to the honesty box and gate to the paddock overlooking a valley... a wow place.

Stayed at Nornalup , Tony's place, you've just got to have a look at the waterwheel, and of course the shed. Level site, just so quiet, great walks friendly dog rex, Tony's pretty friendly too.

Stayed at Krakatinnie farm . 28 Klms from Wagin. Terrific welcoming people, Dave and Ray. Friendly dog and donkey and baby lambs Had a great night then explored Wagin which has the big ram and an interesting information centre
